Signature Blends and Single Source Roasts
We roast and package your coffee with a timeline to ensure your best cup experience. We roast and ship weekly. If you are ordering ground coffee, we will grind it fresh right before we ship.
In most cases your coffee will have been roasted within 14 days of ship date. Some coffee varieties and roast levels require a longer off-gassing and settling time to finish and reach peak flavor. Roasting dates (or month for multi source blends) are marked on all of the coffee we sell.
Currently we are roasting on the weekends and shipping orders out on Monday or Tuesday. If your order includes all items that have been freshly roasted in stock, your order may ship out sooner after the order has been placed.
